Service 01
Plumbing
Everything from a seized shut-off valve to designing and installing the whole system in a new build. We repair what's worth repairing and say so when it isn't.
Where most of the value sits is in the diagnostics: we own camera and sonar equipment outright, so we can find a fault under a floor or a lawn before anyone starts cutting or digging.
Sewer & water line camera inspection
A camera down the line shows you the root intrusion, the sag or the collapse on screen. Useful for a recurring backup — and worth doing before you buy an older house.
Sonar location of underground services
Buried water, sewer and gas lines traced and marked to the inch. Essential on older Valley properties where no site plan survives — and cheaper than repairing what a bucket goes through.
Hot water heaters
Supply, installation and repair — electric, propane and indirect tanks off a boiler. If yours is 12 years old and weeping at the seam, replacing it beats replacing your basement floor.
Water filtration & purification
Treatment for iron, hardness, sediment, sulphur and bacteria. Common on drilled wells through the Valley — we test first, then size the system to the water you actually have.
Fixtures
Kitchen and bathroom fixtures supplied and installed — taps, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers and laundry. Bring your own or let us source it.
Service 02
Heating
Nova Scotia winters are not the place to find out your heating contractor is learning on the job. We install, service and repair hot water heating systems, and we're licensed for propane gas work from the line in to the appliance.
An annual service before the cold arrives is the cheapest heating work you will ever pay for. Book it in the autumn and you're not the one calling at midnight in January.
Boilers
Installation, replacement, annual servicing and repair. Oil, propane and electric — including swapping out a tired old unit for a modern high-efficiency boiler.
In-floor radiant heating
Hot water radiant loops laid in a slab or under a floor. Even, silent heat with no cold spots — the best thing you can do for a basement, a bathroom or a shop.
Install, maintain & repair
Full heating system design and installation for new builds and retrofits, plus scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on what you already have.
Propane gas line installation
New lines run, existing lines extended, altered or replaced — properly sized, pressure-tested and certified.
Propane equipment servicing
Furnaces, boilers, water heaters, ranges, fireplaces and shop heaters — serviced, adjusted and repaired by a licensed gas fitter.
Pre-winter servicing
Book a heating service in the autumn: combustion checked, controls tested, system cleaned and bled. It's how most midnight call-outs get avoided.
Service 03
Renovation
Bathrooms and kitchens, partial or complete. Because we're the plumbers as well as the renovators, the part of the job that's buried in the wall gets done properly — and there's nobody to blame when a schedule slips.
Tile is where a bathroom is won or lost, and it's work we take seriously. Set out properly, waterproofed properly, and finished so the cuts land where they should.
Bathroom renovations
Complete rebuilds or a straight refit — layout changes, new supply and drainage, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures. One trade, start to finish.
Kitchen renovations
Sinks, taps, dishwashers, water lines to the fridge, and the rough-in behind a new layout — plus tiling and the finish work that ties it together.
Expert tile work
Floors, walls, tiled shower bases and niches. Waterproofed correctly underneath, because the part you can't see is the part that fails.

Commercial, industrial, institutional & agricultural
Large-scale plumbing and heating for buildings where downtime costs money and the inspection has to pass first time. We work for restaurants and shops, processing and industrial sites, schools and care facilities, and farms right across the Valley.
